Domino's Pizza in Norderstedt

Ordered 1 1/2 hours before the delivery date was over an hour late, so a delivery time of over 2 1/2 hours. I will never order from Dominos in Norderstedt again. The hotline couldn't help either. The pizza arrived warm, optically it was okay, but the quality was average. The base was not baked properly and the pizza lacked flavor.

Everything was great, the ordered pizzas were ready to be picked up at the agreed time and it was delicious too. Gladly again.

Same quality as in our home! Delicious pizza, fast delivery, friendly service. Never received a wrong delivery !!

Never again. One topping was completely forgotten. When this was then complained about by phone, there was neither a replacement delivery nor a refund.

Not to be recommended at all! Unfortunately, minus stars cannot be given! Have now ordered the fifth time, only got more negative from the first order, twice received the wrong delivery ... Then today the blast! Have received an order incorrectly, only incompetence on a telephone request and you first had to talk to a colleague about what was being done, in the background you only heard "if the delivery has already been touched, there is no money back". We hadn't touched anything, the delivery should be picked up and the money paid back, but this only happened after another call, which was very unfriendly, we decided on a new delivery which should then take 60-70 minutes to wait . I've never seen anything so unfriendly and outrageous! With other suppliers the money is paid back out of goodwill and the goods are not taken back, not here! This was definitely the last order in this store! But you have to say the recessions speak for themselves, NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!

Food is ok, service great but unfortunately very expensive.

Mega fooling around, I order very often from them, because the wrong order is brought to me because it was already 11 p.m. and the supplier would otherwise have to take longer, we agreed that I would get a credit, but I wasn't told that I only got the credit in the case of a telephone order, I have now ordered online and wrote in the box for comment that you should note the credit note when the supplier was here, of course, this was not done and I was only told that this would only work by phone being able to call me and let me know I also noted this, of course, I called and complained but could have talked to a wall would have been more helpful, definitely never again

Best Pizza Norderstedts, Fast delivery, large selection and taste good too. I can only recommend!! Order now once a week !!

I cannot judge the quality of the products. But what should you expect from a delivery service whose drivers show the following behavior: In a 30-zone, the speed is "relaxed" at 60 - 70 km / h, so that an older lady has to "jump back" in order not to be run over. In addition, oncoming motorists are given the right of way and forced to abrupt braking. If I could give fewer stars, I would.

I think domino's is a good and nice shop and the pizzas and noodle dishes also taste very good

Ordered or picked up multiple times. In our opinion the best pizza service in town. Pizzas are always fresh, tasty and hot. Pizza rolls are also highly recommended.

Why are employees rated poorly? I just picked up a pizza and had to wait outside because of Corona. Even the pizza provider who passed me greeted me warmly. -Pizza done in 10 min. - Super friendly. In any case, will be bought here again 👍

Incredibly unfriendly, unreasonable, cheeky, incompetent, the series could go on forever. I seriously wonder how dominos choose and train their franchisees, obviously everything is missing here. Unfortunately, there is no way to rate it even more negatively.

Eating delicious BUT often wrong delivery, when ingredients are out, no notice is given. Instead, something else is delivered. If asked by phone, you will be promised a free meal for the next order, which you will not receive at all. Very bad service. Not even the boss calls back on request.

Very bad. The homepage is confusing, the delivery takes too long, the goods arrived cold and were no longer edible. Never again!
